		NickServ [/msg NickServ Help] Nickserv allows you to make sure that no one else can use your IRC nickname, unless they know your password. IF you have not registered yourself with Nickserv you will not be allowed to have ChanOp's in any of the Major Channels, and you will be unable to use MemoServ and ChanServ. MemoServ [/msg MemoServ Help] MemoServ is used to send small text messages to another user.  If you want to send a message, both you and the recipient must have already registered your nicknames with NickServ. You must also identify to NickServ before you can use MemoServ. ChanServ [/msg ChanServ Help] ChanServ is used to register a channel on the network. The person who registers the channel gets Founder-level access and is able to manipulate the ChanServ settings for that channel, including Automatic ChanOp assignments, Automatic Kicks, Automatic Bans, etc. Your nickname must be registed with NickServ before you can register a channel with ChanServ.
